Kelly Sherer has a diverse work experience that spans over 16 years. Kelly began their career as a Senior Sales Executive at The Sales Board from 2003 to 2007. Kelly then worked as a National Account Director (Contractor) at Savor Beauty + Spa, where they focused on establishing sales and marketing strategies, training salespeople, and securing new accounts. From 2008 to 2014, Kelly held various roles in business development and strategic account management at the Carlson School of Management, University of Minnesota. Kelly provided prospect and client support, developed customized talent/learning development programs, and partnered with individuals and organizations to provide access to professional development programs. In 2014, they became the Associate Director of Business Development- Executive Education at the University of Minnesota. Kelly later joined WE as the Director of Development- Central Region, where they facilitated positive social change by offering resources to create a better world. Kelly also has completed an Executive Education - Management Development Program from the University of Virginia Darden School of Business and a certificate in Executive Education - MBA Essentials from the University of Minnesota - Carlson School of Management.
