Michael F. began their career in 2001 at IP.com, where they held the roles of Vice President Business Development and Director Business Development. In 2013, they became President of Aliminusa LLC, a business consulting services provider that specializes in analyzing existing practices for companies with unique intellectual property and making recommendations for improvements and go to market strategies. In 2015, they joined Executive IP as Vice President of Customer Success and Director of Business Development. At Executive IP, they create and delivers engaging video-based corporate training programs related to topics of corporate risk such as Intellectual Property, Cyber Awareness, Innovation, Anti Corruption, Export Control Laws, Equal Employment Opportunity, Contract Fundamentals, Non-disclosure Agreements, Trade Secrets, and others. Michael F. also produces custom training videos based upon specific client needs.

Michael F. Inglisa obtained a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, Management and Operations from Canisius College between 1981 and 1985. In 2013, they also obtained the certification of IP Fundamentals for Business and Technical Professionals from Executive IP.
