Phoebe McKinney has a diverse work experience spanning multiple roles and organizations. Phoebe began their career as a Senior Coordinator Global Grants at Lions Clubs International, where they provided coaching and guidance to members and their public health partners on humanitarian projects. Phoebe then joined McDonald's as an International Field Relations Manager for Ronald McDonald House Charities, where they served as a primary liaison between the global headquarters and charity offices outside of the United States.
Following their time at McDonald's, Phoebe founded and owned Made Simple Consulting. In this role, they secured contracts with global non-profit organizations to lead the learning and development function and strategic planning initiatives. Phoebe designed and launched leadership development programs and conferences, becoming a recognized thought leader in people development and culture.
Currently, Phoebe holds the position of Director of Customer Success at FranklinCovey. Phoebe leads the Implementation Strategist team for the US/Canada and advises international partners on sales and customer success. Phoebe is responsible for team and process optimization, cultivating client relationships, and driving behavior change through the use of FranklinCovey content, people, and technology. Prior to this role, they served as the Interim Managing Director, leading a team of learning strategists and advising clients on the implementation of FranklinCovey content and technology.
Before joining FranklinCovey, Phoebe also held the role of Managing Learning Strategist at the company. In this player/coach role, they built a team of learning strategists, coached direct reports, and partnered with sales teams to drive client engagement. Phoebe focused on team culture and identity, resulting in a high team eNPS and a winning culture survey.
