Taylor Elyse Morrison

Taylor Elyse Morrison is an accomplished leader and entrepreneur with extensive experience in coaching and organizational development. As CEO of Jubilant, Taylor focuses on empowering individuals, particularly mid-career women, to achieve fulfilling work through a holistic coaching approach. Taylor co-founded Inner Workout, emphasizing well-being through innovative resources, and is also a co-founder of Women Facilitating and the Lifestyle Business League, which support women facilitators and lifestyle business owners, respectively. Currently serving as a Senior Consultant and Coach at FranklinCovey and as part of Google's Mastery Faculty, Taylor contributes to enhancing leadership skills and coaching. Taylor's past roles include Vice President of Operations at LulaFit and Employee Engagement Lead Consultant at Arity, along with participation in Allstate's Leadership Development Program. Academically, Taylor holds a Bachelor’s degree in Human and Organizational Development and is pursuing a PhD in Change Leadership.
