Judy Knight

Judy Knight is the Founder and President of Thumbprint Coaching, Inc., established in June 2000, where expertise encompasses leadership architecture, coaching, consulting, and facilitating workshops focused on strategic planning and team dynamics. Additionally, Judy Knight serves as a Senior Consultant and Coach at The Oxford Group since September 1994, and has held the position of Principal Consultant. Judy Knight previously worked as an Executive Coach for Lee Hecht Harrison from December 2011 to January 2022, specializing in the Healthcare, Manufacturing, and Technology sectors. Other experiences include roles as a Consultant and Executive Coach at Ecstasis Consulting LLC from 2008 to January 2016, and as Director of Technical Training at both Network Equipment Technologies (1989-1994) and Altos Computer Systems (1983-1986). Judy Knight holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in History and Psychology from the University of San Francisco, obtained between 1967 and 1971.
