Zakiya Petion

Zakiya Petion has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. Starting in 2015, Zakiya worked as a Medical Receptionist at Avi Pandey MD for over a year. Zakiya then transitioned to the role of Public Relations Intern at the same company, where they improved office procedures and facilitated communication between staff members and leadership. In 2017, Zakiya joined J&L Marketing, Inc. as an Event Coordinator, responsible for coordinating various events. In 2020, they joined PMCOE as a Professional Service Representative, providing administrative support, updating CRM software, and assisting with research for marketing purposes. Zakiya's most recent position is with FranklinCovey, where they started as a Live Online Producer, providing technical support for webinars and facilitating participant engagement. Zakiya then became an All Access Care Associate, handling strategic communication and technical troubleshooting for clients. Currently, they hold the position of All Access Care Project Manager, focusing on the launch, implementation, and account management of an e-learning platform for people leaders. Zakiya specializes in FranklinCovey's Strive offerings and uses their strategizing and project management skills to ensure a great user and client experience.

Zakiya Petion completed their Bachelor's Degree in Public Relations from St. John's University, which spanned from 2015 to 2019. Following their undergraduate studies, they pursued a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree with a focus on Health/Health Care Administration/Management from Texas Woman's University. This program was undertaken from 2019 to 2021.
