Kumar Gaurav

Kumar Gaurav has extensive work experience in the training and quality management space. Kumar began their career in 2008 at Quatrro as a Deputy Manager - Training & Market Research, where they were responsible for providing business intelligence and sales support. Kumar also held roles as an Assistant Manager - Training, Process Trainer, SME-Trainer (Training/OJT), Sr. Fraud Analyst, and Fraud Analyst. In 2019, they moved to Teleperformance as an Assistant Manager - Training and then to Tech Mahindra as a Manager - Training, where they were responsible for product and skill-based training for the business unit. Kumar is currently working at CONCENTRIX DAKSH SERVICES INDIA PRIVATE LIMITED as a Training and Quality Manager and will be transitioning to Futwork as a Senior Manager Training Development in 2022.

Kumar Gaurav completed their 10+2 from DSSN (UP Board) in 2004, studying Physics, Chemistry & Maths. Kumar then went on to pursue a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) at CSJM University Kanpur, graduating in 2008 with a major in Maths & Physics. In 2021, they obtained two additional certifications from LinkedIn: "How to Design and Deliver Training Programs" and "Telling Stories with Data".
