Charanjit S Ranu

Charanjit S Ranu is a professional with extensive experience in community care and occupational health and safety. Currently serving as a Community Care Facilities Licensing Officer for Seniors & Complex Care at Fraser Health, Charanjit also fulfills roles as a member of the Joint Occupational Health and Safety Committee representing BCGEU members. Charanjit has a background with the BC Government and Service Employees Union (BCGEU) as a Shop Steward and First Vice Chairperson of Local 404, alongside participation in labour management committees and the New Westminster & District Labour Council. Additionally, Charanjit has served as a Block Watch Captain through the Royal Canadian Mounted Police. Charanjit holds a Bachelor of Technology in Environmental Health from the British Columbia Institute of Technology and has pursued further education with the Fraser Health Authority.
