Julie Dhaliwal

Julie Dhaliwal has extensive work experience in the healthcare sector. Julie is currently serving as the Director of Clinical Operations at Fraser Health Authority since 2022. In their previous role at Northern Health - BC, Julie held the position of Director of Community Services from 2017 to 2022. During this time, they played a pivotal role in the implementation of Primary Care Network and the COVID-19 vaccine campaign in Prince George. Additionally, Julie served as the Manager of Community Services Integrated Primary Care from 2017 to 2018. Prior to their role at Northern Health - BC, they worked as the Manager of Medical Services at Northernhealth from 2015 to 2017.

Julie Dhaliwal completed their Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Business Administration and Management from the University of Northern British Columbia (UNBC) between 2017 and 2019. Prior to that, they pursued their Bachelor of Arts (BA) in Child and Youth Care, specializing in Social Sciences, at the University of Victoria from 1999 to 2004.
