Jenny Houghtaling

Jenny is responsible for aligning Frasier’s people policies, processes, and programs to create a work environment that supports the best service to the residents and the highest levels of engagement for the employees

Before joining Frasier in 2018 Jenny served as the Director of Human Resources at AxisPoint Health, Manager of Human Resources and Organizational Development Spectrum Retirement, and Director of Human Resources for Erickson Living.

She earned her Bachelor of Business Administration, majoring in hospitality management with a concentration in human resources from James Madison University in Harrisonburg, VA.
