Tomas Mendez

Tomas Mendez will join Frasier as the Vice President of Operations in October 2020. He is responsible for the oversight, coordination, and quality of resident services including the Wellness Center, Life Enrichment activities, Pastoral Care, Dining Services, Hospitality Services, Facilities, and Housekeeping, striving to ensure excellence in the daily services and programs Frasier provides to the residents and the community.

Prior to joining Frasier, Tomas was with Franke at Seaside, in Mount Pleasant, South Carolina, where he served as the Director of Independent Living for the past 13 years.

In addition to his senior living tenure, Tomas has served as an adjunct professor and visiting faculty member with the College of Charleston since 1998. He received his Bachelor of Science from the College of Charleston and obtained his master’s degree from the University of Maryland.
