Larry Whiteside Jr.

Larry Whiteside Jr. serves as the Chief Advisory Officer for The CISO Society and has been the Founder and Managing Partner at Core Five Security since July 2009, specializing in Go To Market advisory services for cybersecurity startups. In addition to leadership roles, Larry is a member of the Board of Directors for the Cloud Security Alliance and an Executive Cyber Advisor for Delve Risk. As a co-founder and President Emeritus of Cyversity, Larry focuses on supporting the academic and professional success of minority cybersecurity students and professionals. Other current roles include co-owner of Life Saver Pool Fence of Tampa, member of the Board of Advisors for Ember River, and advisory positions with SensCy and CTX Asset Management. Larry holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from Huston-Tillotson University.
