Alejandra Herrera has a diverse work experience beginning in 2008. Alejandra served as the President of Association Cuauhtémoc, where they developed programs to integrate Mexican women in Spain and was responsible for public relations, sponsorship, fundraising, and organization of workshops and cultural events. In the same year, they were the Human Resources and Administrative Manager at Alba Technology, where they were responsible for staff recruitment, vendors customer services training, and staff administration. In 2011, they were the Communications Officer at COPE Galway, where they were the Volunteers Team Leader, organized fundraising events, and provided services for women and children who have experienced domestic violence. From 2013 to 2017, they were the Customer Service Manager and Logistics and Customer Service Expert at Ticketbis. During this time, they were also the CS Transaction Support Team Leader at StubHub, where they were responsible for multiple teams across different offices, and was the Project Manager for the implementation of International Outsourcing. Currently, they are the Customer Onboarding Lead at Fraudio.
Alejandra Herrera has a diverse educational background, beginning with a Bachelor's degree in Public Relations, Advertising, and Applied Communication from Universidad Anáhuac which they obtained between 2003 and 2007. Alejandra then went on to get a Master's degree in Social Development from the University of Valencia between 2008 and 2010. Finally, they completed a Postgraduate in Women's Health Nurse/Nursing at the University of Galway in 2012. Additionally, they have a certification in Lider as a coach from the Churchill Leadership Group.
