Matt Conneen has a diverse work history in project management and engineering roles. Matt started their career as an Engineer I/Lab Technician at the Florida Department of Environmental Protection from 1992 to 1995. Matt then worked as a Project Engineer at EnviroSystems Supply, Inc. for a brief period in 1996. Matt then joined Construction Consulting, Inc., where they quickly advanced to the positions of Project Coordinator, Superintendent, and Project Manager. During their time at Construction Consulting, Inc. from 1996 to 2001, they played a key role in increasing revenues by 400% through customer satisfaction and subcontractor management.

After that, Matt joined Ryan Incorporated Southern as a Project Manager from 2001 to 2005. In this role, they gained experience in heavy civil construction projects, managing various aspects of on-site development, infrastructure, and foundations. Matt'sresponsibilities included overseeing federal and state construction projects as a Prime Minority Contractor, self-performing 90% of heavy civil and marine construction projects. Matt consistently completed projects prior to their contract durations and maintained budgets below the average, earning higher profits and repeat clients throughout their employment.

Most recently, Matt joined Frazier Engineering, Inc. as a Project Manager in December 2014. Throughout their career, they have demonstrated a strong ability to manage budgets, schedules, cash flow forecasts, and field personnel on projects exceeding $5 million.

Matt Conneen studied at the University of South Florida from 1991 to 1995, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Civil Engineering.
