Jeff Allen

Jeff Allen has been working in the field of civil engineering since 1999, starting with NCDOT and currently holding the title of Vice President-Eastern Division at Fred Smith Company. With experience in various roles such as Resident Engineer and County Maintenance Engineer, Jeff has a strong background in managing roadway maintenance contracts and projects. Graduating with a BS in Civil Engineering from North Carolina Agricultural and Technical State University, Jeff's expertise lies in understanding and administering contracts, plans, and specifications for roadway and structure projects.
