Sebastian Baeza

Sebastian Baeza is an experienced professional in the retail and operations sectors, currently serving as a partner and representative at DELITM SA since May 2018, focusing on premium brand operations. At Freddo, since July 2012, Sebastian has been the Operations Manager for Latin America, overseeing international market development and franchise operations in multiple countries including the USA and England. Prior roles include Consultant for PYMES at Wholesale, where responsibilities included cost control and cash flow management, and Trade Manager at an entertainment company, where Sebastian developed sales strategies and managed regional operations. Earlier experience includes various operational roles at Arcos Dorados SA.
