Lauren Shatanof

Lauren Shatanof, CEP, currently serves as a Consultant in Executive Compensation at FW Cook since August 2021, following a similar role at Aon from September 2018 to August 2021. During this time, Lauren managed 30 client accounts and presented to senior leadership in the life sciences and tech sectors. Proficient in market analysis and equity program design, Lauren has contributed to multiple white papers and developed training materials while leading the East Coast Inclusion and Diversity Committee. Earlier experiences include roles at Aetna, Mastercard, JoyRun, and Baptist Health South Florida, encompassing diverse responsibilities in executive compensation, benefits strategy, marketing, and human resources. Lauren holds a Bachelor of Science in Industrial & Labor Relations from Cornell University.
