Tom O'Brien

Tom O'Brien has extensive experience in education and leadership roles within the sports and technology sectors. Currently serving as an Adjunct Faculty member at Frederick Community College and Howard Community College since 2016, Tom has also held coaching positions, including Head Coach for Soccer Programs at Carroll Community College. Prior to their academic roles, Tom worked at Verizon for over 15 years in various executive positions, focusing on customer experience transformation and operational readiness for customer support centers. Tom holds advanced degrees in Business and Technology Management, Finance, and Psychology from Stevenson University, The Wharton School, University of Baltimore, and Towson University.
