Robert Flynn

Robert Flynn has over 20 years of experience in customer service and call center management. Robert started their career at Grainger as a Customer Service Representative and was promoted to Customer Service Supervisor. In this role, they led inventory teams and was responsible for New York State Tax Certificates. Robert then moved to Luxottica Retail North America, where they served as a Call Center Manager and supervised a team of 50 members, handling 8,000-10,000 phone calls per day. Currently, they are working at Frederick Goldman as the Director of Customer Care, where they manage and motivates the Call Center staff to provide a high level of customer experience.

Robert Flynn attended St. John's University from 1989 to 1993, where they earned a Bachelor's degree in Marketing.
