Sydney McTigue Jones

Sydney McTigue Jones is an experienced science educator currently teaching at Fredericksburg City Schools since July 2022. Prior to this role, Sydney worked as an Assistant Grower at Bonnie Plants, Inc. from December 2020 to July 2022, and as a Post Production Manager at New Day Farms for a brief period in 2020. Additional experience includes serving as an Environmental Educator at CLEAN VALLEY COUNCIL INC and as a Fall Crew Member with Conservation Corps North Carolina. Sydney also worked as a PSNT Technician at Shenandoah Valley Soil and Water Conservation District earlier in 2019. Sydney holds a Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science from Bridgewater College, completed in 2019.
