Bridget Penick

Bridget Penick is a seasoned attorney with extensive experience in employment and labor law, litigation, and business immigration, currently serving as a Shareholder and Des Moines Office Lead at Fredrikson & Byron, P.A. since February 2014. In addition to legal practice, Bridget has contributed to the arts community as President of the Board of Directors for Ballet Des Moines from July 2022 to August 2024, having been a board member since 2014. Prior experience includes roles as an attorney at Dickinson, Mackaman, Tyler & Hagen, P.C. and Jenner & Block. Bridget holds a Juris Doctor degree from the University of Iowa and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Communications, with a minor in Spanish, from Central College.
