Misty Snodgrass, MPA

Misty Snodgrass, MPA, has over 15 years of experience in public policy and healthcare strategy. Their most recent role was as SVP, Growth and Healthcare Strategy for Free From Market in 2023. Before then, they were Director, Medicaid Programs at Color. Misty has also worked as Director, Engagement & Market Strategy, Government Sponsored Programs at Cotiviti, Director, Community Strategy at Signify Health, and Senior Medicaid Strategist at Cerner Corporation. Misty began their career as Policy Director at the Missouri Senate, followed by Senior Project Manager at the Missouri Technology Corporation. Snodgrass also worked as Legislative/Government Relations Director for the Missouri branch of the American Cancer Society, leading a team of Field GR Directors, creating and implementing detailed legislative plans, lobbying elected officials, and testifying at legislative hearings. In 2013, they joined the Missouri Coalition for Community Behavioral Healthcare as Director of Public Policy, where they oversaw policy development and advocacy. At Teladoc Health, Snodgrass served as Director, Medicaid and ACA Markets, responsible for market strategy and client engagement.

Misty Snodgrass, MPA received their Bachelor's degree in Political Science and Government and Journalism from the University of Missouri-Columbia in 2002. Misty later attended the same university from 2006-2008 and earned their Master's degree in Public Affairs. Before entering college, they graduated from Belle Plaine High School in 1997.
