Carliss Dykes

Carliss Dykes has extensive experience in the insurance industry, having worked for multiple companies over the years. Starting in 1999, they worked as a Staff Instructor at Kaplan Professional until 2009. From 2005 to 2009, they were a Senior Vice President at Family Protection Group, Inc, where they recruited, trained, and managed 150 independent agents. At Homeland Healthcare, Carliss served as a Senior Sales Consultant from 2011 to 2014. Carliss then joined USHEALTH Advisors, where they held the roles of Advisor and Field Training Manager from 2014 to 2016. From 2007 to 2017, they worked as a General Agent at Empower Brokerage, Ft. Worth, offering advice on Life Settlement, Asset Monetization, and more. Carliss also managed a team of 50 independent agents. At Freedom Equity Group, Carliss served as Senior Vice President from 2012 to the present. In 2016, they became an Insurance Agent at SOUTHWEST SERVICES LLC and later moved to HealthMarkets, Inc., working as an Insurance Agent from 2017 to 2021. Currently, they are a Licensed Sales Producer at Allstate. In 2018, they briefly worked for National Insurance Senior Health Division as a Medicare Advantage Insurance Consultant.

Carliss Dykes attended Southern Illinois University, Carbondale from 1973 to 1977, where they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Political Science.
