Symon Rastad-Reynolds

Symon Rastad-Reynolds has a diverse work experience spanning over 19 years. Symon most recently served as the Sr. Director Of Client Services at Freedom Financial Network since August 2019. Prior to that, they held roles at Safelite AutoGlass, where they were the Director of Contact Center Operations, Sales from May 2018 to May 2019, and the Contact Center Manager from July 2015 to May 2018. Earlier in their career, Symon worked at Target as the RedCard Guest Services Manager (call center leader) from May 2011 to May 2015, and as a Store Team Leader from October 2006 to May 2011. Symon also had a role as a Store Manager at The Home Depot from 2001 to October 2006. Throughout their career, Symon has demonstrated leadership skills, overseeing large teams and implementing policies and procedures to ensure quality assurance.

Symon Rastad-Reynolds pursued their education starting in 1998 at the University of Arizona, where they obtained a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Media Arts. Symon furthered their academic journey at Walden University from 2004 to 2006, where they completed a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree with a focus on Marketing.
