Colleen Scribner

Colleen Scribner is a Senior Program Manager at Freedom House in Asia Programs and a Penn Kemble Fellow at the National Endowment for Democracy. Colleen previously held roles at PEN America, where Colleen managed protection programs for Artists at Risk Connection, and at YPFP as an Assistant Managing Editor for the Fellowship Program. Colleen has a background in human rights advocacy, emergency assistance programs, civil society support, and research in areas related to global governance and security. Colleen holds a Master of Arts in Global Governance, Politics, and Security from American University and a Bachelor of Arts in Diplomacy and World Affairs from Occidental College.
