Michael Hutchby

Michael Hutchby serves as the Chief Financial Officer of Cherry Hill Mortgage Investment Corp, where responsibilities include fostering a compliance culture and managing financial operations since October 2013. Previously, Michael held roles as Vice President of Capital Markets at Freedom Mortgage and as Controller and Head of Investor Relations for Cherry Hill Mortgage, notably leading a REIT IPO. Experience at Sterne Agee as a Senior Investment Banking Associate involved establishing teams for capital raising and M&A focused on financial institutions and REITs. Additional roles included Vice President at Madison Place Partners Inc., Investment Banking Associate at Bank of America Merrill Lynch, and various positions at SunGard and Sony BMG. Michael holds an MBA in Corporate Finance from NYU Stern and a BA in Economics from The Johns Hopkins University.
