Mark Harris

Mark Harris possesses extensive experience in program management and community development, having worked at the Freedom Together Foundation from July 2018 to February 2024 in various senior roles, including Senior Program Officer for Community and Worker Power and Economic Justice, as well as Program Officer focused on Poverty. Prior experience includes positions at the Local Initiatives Support Corporation (LISC) as Program Officer and Assistant Program Officer, and serving as a Budget Analyst for the Ohio Legislative Service Commission. Mark Harris also held the role of Program Director at the Ohio CDC Association and completed a fellowship at The George Gund Foundation. Educational qualifications include dual Master's degrees in City & Regional Planning and Public Administration from The Ohio State University.
