Shad W. Kayser has a diverse work experience in the logistics and transportation industry. Shad W. has held various roles in different companies throughout their career. Currently, they are working as the VP Global Solutions at Freedom Trans USA, a position they have held since 2023. Prior to that, they served as the Vice President - Strategic Accounts at INXEPTION, where they were responsible for maximizing relationships with current customers and transforming the way they do business. Shad has also worked as Vice President Strategic Account at GXO Logistics, Inc. and XPO Logistics, Inc. Another notable position they held was AVP - Sales & Marketing at Direct ChassisLink Inc. Shad W. started their career as an Account Executive at United Parcel Service and later worked at YRC Worldwide, Inc. as an Account Executive, Express Account Executive, National Sales Executive, and Area Director - Specialized Services. At FedEx Custom Critical, Shad served as a Division Sales Manager as well as a Global Account Manager. Shad W. Kayser earned a bachelor's degree in Business Administration from Seattle Pacific University in 2000. Shad W. then went on to complete a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree at the University of Phoenix from 2004 to 2007.
