Alicia Rendon

Alicia Rendon has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Alicia started their career at Grupo Bimbo in 2011, where they held various roles including compliance officer, business development, and strategic business analyst. During their time at Grupo Bimbo, they were involved in proposal development, strategic alliance generation, project management, and the development and implementation of financial products. In 2017, they joined Mastercard as a senior specialist in acceptance development and market expansion, focusing on onboarding new acquirers, strategic partner growth, and increasing ecommerce and card not present transactions. In 2022, they moved on to PPRO as a senior business development manager for LATAM, before joining FreedomPay in 2023 as the director of business development.

Alicia Rendon obtained a Licentiate degree in International Business from Universidad Iberoamericana, Ciudad de México, from 2007 to 2011. In 2010, they also participated in an exchange program as a student at Universidad Complutense de Madrid. Additionally, in October 2016, they obtained a certification in TASA: TRACE Anti Bribery Specialist Accreditation from TRACE.
