Christian de Sira has extensive experience in the hospitality industry, specifically in development, investment, and asset management. Christian currently holds the position of VP Development at Generator, where they are responsible for expanding the brand in various regions worldwide. Additionally, they serve as the VP Development for Freehand Hotels, another hybrid hotel brand.

Prior to their current roles, Christian worked as the VP Investment & Development (Europe) at The Ascott Limited from 2019 to 2021. Christian de Sira completed their education in a sequential manner. Christian started their academic journey by attending the University of Nottingham from 1994 to 1998, where they pursued a BA (Hons) degree with a focus on Finance & Strategy. Following this, from 1998 to 2000, Christian enrolled in the MBA program at both Cornell University in the United States and IMHI/Essec Business School in Paris. During their MBA, they specialized in Real Estate & Hospitality.
