Patrick Olson

Patrick Olson is a seasoned real estate and technology professional with extensive experience in various leadership roles. Currently serving as Co-Founder and Partner at Freehouse Capital Partners since October 2021, Patrick focuses on sourcing, acquisitions, construction, and capital markets in the specialized real estate private equity sector. As the Owner of Break Beta since January 2018, responsibilities include investment sales, new development, underwriting, market analysis, design, entitlements, financing, and construction. Previous positions include VP of Real Estate at Indoor Agriculture Company and Portfolio Manager at VTF Capital, where Patrick oversaw portfolio operations for a venture capital firm. Patrick co-founded SHIFT by Project100, managing product development for a transportation startup, and established Work In Progress, Las Vegas’ first coworking space. Professional journey began at Zappos Family of Companies, leading campus development projects. Patrick holds a B.S. in Computer Science from the University of Nevada-Las Vegas.
