Brian Perry is an experienced media buying consultant with a strong background in strategic marketing and advertising. Currently freelancing since June 2020, Brian manages and negotiates statewide television and radio schedules for the California Department of Public Health's Covid-19 Mask Campaign, focusing on African American and Latinx education. Previous roles include account executive positions at KTVU Television Fox 2 and CoxReps, where Brian managed marketing campaigns and fostered relationships with local and national advertising clients. Brian also held senior leadership positions at Starcom San Francisco and Publicis and Hal Riney, where expertise was applied in media operations and educational initiatives for various high-profile clients. Brian holds a degree from Duke University and has served on the board of Bay Area STAR.
