Angie Rivera

Angie Rivera has extensive work experience in various industries. Angie began their career in 2003 as a New Homes Sales Consultant at KB Home, where they excelled in sales and collaborated with various teams. Angie then joined Pulte Group Inc as a New Homes Sales Consultant for Centex Homes, where they focused on prospecting, building relationships, and providing exceptional customer experiences.

In 2013, Angie became a Residential Listing Agent for Stellar Communities, managing sales, leasing, and property management for a portfolio of single-family homes. Angie also supported construction teams and initiated creative marketing strategies.

Angie transitioned to a Regional VP Sales and Marketing role at Smart Staffing Solutions - Temps Plus in 2015. Angie recruited, trained, and mentored a team of over 60 licensed real estate professionals and facilitated structured sales presentations.

From 2017 to 2018, Angie worked as a Regional Channel Manager for Residential Solar Energy and Backup Battery storage at Tesla. Angie consistently exceeded sales goals and successfully recruited and trained a team of sustainable energy specialists.

In 2019, Angie joined REX as a Licensed Real Estate Agent, focusing on residential prop-tech. Angie provided expertise to buyers and sellers, developed new business and marketing strategies, and facilitated customer and team communication through a digital platform.

Most recently, Angie has worked at Better as a Realtor, dedicated to making homeownership faster and simpler. Angie utilized data-driven insights, relationship building, and pipeline management to expand their client base.

In the future, Angie will start working for Freemodel in 2023 as an Interior Designer and Project Director.

Angie Rivera has a diverse education history. Angie holds a Bachelor's degree in Legal Studies from the University of Central Florida and another Bachelor's degree in Interior Design from Seminole State College of Florida. Angie is also a licensed FL Real Estate Agent, having obtained their license through FL Real Estate License. Angie is a Gold Key Certified Realtor, recognized for their excellence in professionalism.

Additionally, Angie has obtained several certifications. Angie completed a course on Human Centric Lighting for today's Luxury Home offered by Lutron Lighting Controls and Motorized Shades, Blinds and Drapes in May 2023. Angie also holds a certification as a Residential Staging Specialist, obtained from Seminole State College of Florida in December 2021. Angie obtained their Real Estate Sales License from the Florida Department of Business and Professional Regulation in January 1998. Furthermore, they are a member of NAPO (National Association of Productivity & Organizing Professionals) and the National Kitchen & Bath Association (NKBA). Angie also holds a Realtor designation from the National Association of REALTORS®.
