Melissa Rondon

Melissa Rondon has a diverse work experience with various roles in different companies. Melissa is currently working as a Project Director at Freemodel since April 2022. Prior to that, they were a Managing Partner and Multifamily Syndicator at Lineage Investment Group starting from December 2021. Melissa also founded MJ Studio in September 2020, where they served as the Principal Designer. Melissa worked as an Interior Designer at JY Design Interiors from October 2019 to September 2020. Before that, they worked at Designers Resource Collection as a Fabric Showroom Manager and Sales representative from June 2017 to November 2019, and from April 2016 to June 2017 respectively. Melissa was also the Showroom Manager at The Studio at DRC from July 2018 to August 2019. Melissa started their career as an intern at bluemotif architecture in May 2017. Prior to their career in design, Melissa worked as a Design Associate at La-Z-Boy Furniture Galleries from October 2015 to April 2016. Melissa achieved significant sales and provided design services to clients during their time there.

Melissa's earliest work experience was in the US Navy, where they served as Active Duty from September 2009 to September 2014. Melissa managed technical documents, handled merchandise ordering, and contributed to fundraising efforts for command parties.

Melissa Rondon pursued their education at the Design Institute of San Diego from 2014 to 2018, where they earned a Bachelor of Fine Arts (BFA) degree in Interior Design. Furthermore, in May 2015, they obtained the EFSET EXPRESS High Proficiency (CEFR C1/C2) certification from EF Education First.
