Debbie von Raesfeld

Debbie Von Raesfeld has extensive experience as an HR Business Partner. Debbie is currently serving as the Director, HR Business Partner at Freenome since October 2022. Prior to that, they worked as the Director, HR Business Partner at AMD from April 2020 to September 2022. Before joining AMD, they held various roles at Samsung, where they served as the Sr. Manager, HR Business Partners from January 2018 to February 2020 and as the Sr. HR Business Partner and L&D Manager from August 2015 to January 2018. Debbie also worked as an HR Business Partner at Broadcom from August 2011 to August 2015 and managed the Global Staffing Operations at Cypress Semiconductor from March 2008 to August 2011.

Debbie Von Raesfeld holds a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Business Administration, with a concentration in Human Resources, from San Jose State University. In addition, they have obtained various certifications including "Leading at the Speed of Trust" from FRANKLIN COVEY CO, "StrengthFinder Coach" from Gallup, "The 5 Choices to Extraordinary Productivity" from FRANKLIN COVEY CO, and "360 Degree Assessment Certification" from the Center for Creative Leadership.
