Desiree Boutte

Desiree Boutte currently serves as a Human Resources Business Partner at Freeport LNG, where since July 2023, Desiree has contributed to one of the largest liquefied natural gas export companies globally. In addition, Desiree holds the position of Vice President and Regional Human Resources Business Partner at HumanEdge Resource Solutions, LLC, beginning in December 2022. Previous experience includes a role in Talent Acquisition at Vroom, as well as various positions at Ken Garff Automotive Group, where responsibilities ranged from Regional Talent Acquisition to Human Resources Manager. Desiree's early career included a position in Subprime Finance at ABC Motorcredit - DBS Financial. Educational qualifications include an MBA from Strayer University, an AS from Kent State University, and a BS from ITT Technical Institute, all in Business Administration and Management.
