Josh Olmsted

Josh Olmsted serves as the President and COO of Freeport McMoRan Inc. since September 2020, bringing extensive experience from previous roles including Senior Vice President of Morenci Operations and President of SCCM El Abra at Freeport - McMoRan Copper & Gold Inc. from January 2009 to October 2015. Olmsted holds a degree in Mining Engineering from the Colorado School of Mines (1988-1992) and completed the General Management Program at Harvard Business School in 2011.
