Howard Fogle

Howard Fogle, MBA has a strong background in operations and logistics. Howard served as the Director of Operations at Freeport Press, where they supervised two facilities dedicated to Shipping & Receiving and Warehouse. Howard led a team of 12 direct reports and was responsible for the mailing and distribution of catalogs and publications to up to 500 customers. Howard improved warehouse inventory management and processes, reducing turnaround time from 2-3 days to 1-1.

Prior to their role at Freeport Press, Howard worked at The Dingley Press for over 20 years. Howard started as the Manager of Co-Mail Operations and later launched and oversaw the Co-Mail Operations department. In this role, they supervised a team of five direct reports and 20 indirect reports. Howard introduced standards and best practices, conducted training and audits, and implemented strategies to generate postage savings through grouping mail by zip code.

Howard Fogle holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from Southern New Hampshire University. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Management & Organizational Development from Eastern Mennonite University. Howard also holds an Associate of Science (AS) degree in Computer Science from Lord Fairfax Community College.
