Kristen Cartwright Pe

Kristen Cartwright, PE, has had a diverse range of work experiences throughout their career. Kristen began working at Freese and Nichols in 2013 and has held various engineering roles since then. Kristen'smost recent role at Freese and Nichols began in May 2022 and is currently ongoing. Prior to that, they worked as an Engineer from May 2021 to May 2022, from May 2019 to May 2021, and from July 2013 to May 2019.

Before joining Freese and Nichols, Kristen worked at North Carolina State University as a Teaching Assistant from August 2012 to March 2013, and as a Graduate Research Assistant from August 2011 to March 2013.

Kristen'searlier experience includes roles at Texas A&M University, where they worked as a Research Assistant from June 2010 to August 2011, focusing on using niched co-evolution strategies to address non-uniqueness in characterizing sources of contamination in a water distribution system. Kristen also served as a Graduate Assistant Non-Teaching from June 2009 to August 2011.

Kristen's work experience also includes a Field Engineering Internship at Schlumberger in 2008 and a role as an Office Staff at CME Testing and Engineering from June 2007 to October 2007.

Kristen Cartwright, PE has an extensive education history in the field of Civil Engineering. From 2005 to 2009, they pursued their Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering at Texas A&M University. Following this, from 2009 to 2011, they furthered their education at the same institution and obtained a Master of Science degree in Civil Engineering. Kristen then continued their academic journey at North Carolina State University from 2011 to 2013, focusing on Civil Engineering. In addition to their educational achievements, Kristen has obtained the Professional Engineer (PE) certification from the Texas Board of Professional Engineers.
