Taylor Soukup, E.I.T. has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. They started their career as a Gymnastics Instructor at Cypress Academy of Gymnastics from May 2012 to August 2016. In 2019, they worked as an Engineering Intern in the Technical Services Department at Brazos River Authority from May to November.

Their most recent and current position is at Freese and Nichols, where they have progressed through different roles in the Transmission and Utilities Design Engineering field. They began as a Transmission and Utilities Design Engineer I from January 2020 to March 2021. They then moved to the role of a Transmission and Utilities Design Engineer II from March 2021 to February 2023.
