Jill Taggart

Jill Taggart is currently the Chief Financial Officer at FreeState Electric Cooperative. Prior to this, Jill held the position of Director of Forecasting and Planning at KEPCo. With previous experience as a Planning Manager at Westar Energy, Jill's responsibilities included leading strategic business case initiatives, providing data analysis and statistical insights, and conducting financial outlook reports. Jill holds an MBA and BBA in Finance and Marketing from Washburn University.
