Bethany Friedman

Bethany Friedman has a diverse work experience in the field of education. Bethany started their most recent position as an Instructional Designer at Freethink in March 2022. Prior to this, they worked as an Instructional Coordinator at York Public Schools County from May 2019 to May 2021. Before that, they served as a Department Chair and Instructional Coach at Prince William County Public Schools from August 2015 to May 2019. Bethany also has experience as a Teacher at Maple Bear Global Schools Ltd. from August 2014 to August 2015. Bethany began their career in education at Hampton City Schools, where they worked as an Instructional Coach and Teacher from September 2011 to July 2014.

Bethany Friedman obtained a Graduate Certificate in Educational Leadership and Administration from George Mason University in 2019. Prior to that, they completed a Master of Science degree in Literacy from the State University of New York College at Potsdam in 2011. In 2009, they received a Bachelor of Science degree in Childhood Education from SUNY Geneseo. Bethany is currently pursuing a Google UX Design certification, and they also hold a Postgraduate Professional License from the Virginia Department of Education.
