Caroline Firriolo

Caroline Firriolo has a diverse work experience, starting with their most recent role as an Assistant Video Editor at Freethink, which they began in November 2022. Prior to this, they worked as a Construction Crew Leader for Habitat for Humanity Seattle-King County from August 2020 to July 2022, where they led groups of volunteers in various home repair projects and managed building sites.

In 2020, Caroline also worked as a Video Editor, creating 9-minute videos promoting Restorative Justice practices in schools. Caroline collaborated closely with the director and maintained discussions with the production team to achieve the desired video layouts and styles.

Earlier in their career, Caroline served as a Post Production Intern at Meridian Hill Pictures and provided technical assistance, conducted research, and aided in the editing process of a feature-length documentary. Caroline also worked as a Student Athletics Video Producer/Editor at The Catholic University of America, where they built a production team and created original content for sports teams, including a documentary that earned their the Best Documentary award at a film festival.

Before that, Caroline interned as a Videographer at the National Park Service, a PR Intern at PR Collaborative, and a Congressional Intern at the Office of Brian Fitzpatrick. These positions allowed their to develop various skills such as videography, research, outreach, and constituent engagement.

Throughout their work experience, Caroline has demonstrated strong technical abilities, effective communication skills, and the ability to adapt and problem-solve in fast-paced environments.

Caroline Firriolo pursued their education at the Catholic University of America from 2016 to 2020, where they obtained a degree in Media and Communication Studies, with a focus on Communication, General.
