William Reynolds has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. In 2015, they began their career as an intern at Bond Street Advisors. William continued to gain experience through internships at RealOp Investments in 2016 and LBA Realty and Tikkit in 2017. In the same year, they also participated in a semester abroad program called Semester At Sea.

In 2019, William worked as a Business Development Representative at GoSite, a software company. William then joined Finish Line Features in 2020 as a Partnerships/Business Development role, where they managed communication with clients and led internal initiatives.

In 2022, William joined Aptera Motors as the Brand Partnerships & Ambassador Program Manager. William successfully managed and inspired a global team of 700+ Brand Ambassadors and contributed to the company's growth.

Most recently, in 2023, William joined Freethink as a Brand Partnerships Specialist.

William Reynolds attended Chapman University from 2014 to 2018, where they studied Strategic and Corporate Communications. In 2016, they participated in Semester At Sea / ISE, focusing on International/Global Studies. Prior to their university studies, William attended The Hill School from 2012 to 2014, though the specific degree and field of study are unknown. In terms of certifications, they obtained an Inbound Marketing certification from HubSpot Academy in May 2020, followed by a HubSpot Sales Software certification in April 2020. More recently, in March 2021, William obtained an Emergency Medical Technician (EMT) certification from the National Registry of Emergency Medical Technicians. There is also a certification for CPR/AED, but the institution and dates are not provided. Additionally, William completed a course in Mediation and Conflict Resolution at Chapman University.
