Autumn Hubbard has a diverse work experience in the nonprofit sector. Autumn began their career in 2012 as a Programming Coordinator with Pi Beta Phi Fraternity, where they wrote national leadership development programming for collegiate women and developed social-media marketing campaigns that saw a 200% increase in audience interaction. In 2014, they served as an Agard Fellow for Community Philanthropy with the Dorothy A. Johnson Center for Philanthropy, where they wrote digital content for an interactive online project. That same year, they were a Marketing Graduate Assistant at Grand Valley State University, conducting market research and survey analysis to improve recruitment and marketing to potential graduate students.

In 2015, Hubbard worked as a Community Relations and Development Coordinator for Access of West Michigan, overseeing all aspects of organizational marketing and donor development. Autumn also served as a Foundation Database Coordinator for Pine Rest Christian Mental Health Services.
