Edward Peng

Edward Peng has over 27 years of work experience in the field of Environmental Health and Safety. Edward most recently worked as the Director of Environmental Health and Safety at FreeWire Technologies starting in July 2021. Prior to that, they served as the Associate Director of Environmental Health and Safety at Gritstone Oncology from July 2019 to April 2021. Edward has held various senior positions in EHS management at companies such as Celestica, Verily Life Sciences, JSR Micro Inc, Boehringer Ingelheim, Amgen, Applied Materials, FedEx, and Shaw Environmental, Inc. throughout their career.

Edward Peng completed their Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Ceramic Sciences and Engineering from East China University of Science and Technology in 1984. Edward then pursued a Master of Science (M.S.) in Chemistry from the University of Missouri-Columbia from 1987 to 1989.
