James Long

James Long has extensive work experience in various companies and organizations. James started their career as a Postdoctoral Associate at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology from June 2019 to June 2020. James then joined Mobilyze.ai as the Head of Engineering in June 2020 until December 2022. Currently, James is the Director of Data Science at FreeWire Technologies, starting in December 2022.

James Long earned a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) degree in Civil and Environmental Engineering from Massachusetts Institute of Technology in 2017. Prior to that, they obtained a Master of Science (M.S.) degree in Civil and Environmental Engineering from the same institution in 2014. James'sundergraduate degree is in Civil Engineering from the University of Limerick, completed between 2008 and 2012.
