Susie Monson

Susie serves as VP of Customer Success and Solutions for FreeWire. Prior to FreeWire, Susie has spent 25+ years in leadership positions in Customer Service, Operations, and Finance at high-growth early-stage companies, including Sunrun and PayCycle. At FreeWire, she is focused on leading the efforts to support the diverse customers in achieving their EV charging goals. Susie holds a BA in Economics from Pomona College and an MBA from Stanford University.
