Philip Knott

Philip Knott has a diverse work experience with various roles in different companies. Philip is currently the Founder & CEO of freeyou AG since January 2018. Prior to this, they worked at DEVK Versicherungen from August 2015 to December 2017 as the Abteilungsleiter Competence Center Java-Entwicklungen. Philip also served as the Koordinator IT-Entwicklung from March 2013 to July 2015, Gruppenleiter E-Business, EAS from May 2011 to September 2013, and Spezialist Prozessmodell from June 2010 to April 2011.

Philip has also worked as a Dozent at FOM Hochschule für Oekonomie & Management from September 2014 to January 2017. In addition, they have worked at I-D Media AG as a Software Developer / Junior Project Manager from January 2009 to May 2010, and as a Software Developer from January 2008 to December 2008.

Their earlier experience includes working at Sparkassen Informatik as a Software Developer from July 2006 to December 2007, and as an Auszubilder Fachinformatiker Anwendungsentwicklung from September 2003 to June 2006.

Philip Knott earned a Master of Arts (MA) degree in IT Management from FOM University of Applied Sciences for Economics and Management, which they attended from 2011 to 2013. Prior to that, they completed their undergraduate studies at Rheinische Fachhochschule Köln, where they received a Diplom in Wirtschaftsinformatik (Business Informatics) from 2006 to 2010. In addition to their academic qualifications, Philip also obtained the certification of Geprüfter Versicherungsfachmann IHK from IHK Köln in June 2018.
