Jose Iván Campos Rozo

Jose Iván Campos Rozo has worked as a Data Scientist at FREGATA SPACE since August 2021. Prior to that, they were a PHD student at Karl-Franzens-Universität Graz starting from April 2017. Before their time at the university, Jose worked as an MSc in Astronomy at Observatorio Astronómico Nacional from February 2015 to February 2017.

Jose Iván Campos Rozo completed their Bachelor of Science (BSc) degree in Physics from Universidad Nacional de Colombia, where they studied from 2007 to 2013. In addition, they have obtained several certifications from Coursera, including Intermediate PostgreSQL, Database Design and Basic SQL in PostgreSQL, Art and Science of Machine Learning, Feature Engineering, Introduction to TensorFlow, Launching into Machine Learning en Español, Data-driven Astronomy, How Google does Machine Learning, Applied Machine Learning in Python, Applied Plotting, Charting & Data Representation in Python, and Introduction to Data Science in Python. The certifications were obtained between July 2020 and July 2021.
